Job Requirements:

Minimum AFC ‘C’ Diploma or equivalent coaching certification.
5+ years of experience coaching youth or school-level football.
Experience in organizing and conducting Blue Cubs League & other youth development tournaments.
Strong understanding of grassroots football & child-friendly coaching methods.
Ability to work collaboratively with coaches, students & staff.
Excellent communication & mentoring skills.
