    The geography society of Mayo College is an endeavor to spark environmental concerns and issues amongst students through practical aspects and field trips.

    The knowledge of the subject is enhanced by discussions and papers read by the students in meetings and regional / global environmental issues are contemplated upon.

    Various presentations regarding the trips made by the teachers and students are shown to the students.

    The society organizes field trips annually, which includes the farming patterns in Pushkar region, Water management in Berlia region etc.

    As a mandatory practice, every year, students are explained the utility of St.John’s Sagar as a water harvesting measure undertaken by Mayo College.
